The checklist
- Alizeoo line turned on: in the SIM settings, the Alizeoo line must be switched on.
- Mobile data on Alizeoo: the line selected for data must be Alizeoo, not your usual SIM.
- Data roaming turned on for the Alizeoo line. This is the most common oversight: the eSIM connects to a partner network, which the phone treats as roaming.
- Airplane Mode: turn it on for about ten seconds, then off again to force a network search.
- Restart the phone.
- Network selection: in the Alizeoo line settings, switch network selection to manual and choose one of the operators shown on the plan's page, or set it back to automatic.
What about the APN?
The access point (APN) is generally configured automatically by the eSIM profile. On Android, it is in the mobile network settings, under access point names. On iPhone, it is generally not changed manually for an eSIM. Only change it if support gives you a value.
Check that you are in the coverage area
The eSIM only works in the countries listed on the plan's page. In an area with no partner network (mountains, desert, at sea), there is no connection, whatever the settings.
Still nothing?
Contact support from your order (Help page), giving the country, city, phone model, system version and a screenshot of the SIM settings screen. Activation failures are handled as a priority.
Do not delete the eSIM to reinstall it: a deleted eSIM generally cannot be reinstalled with the same QR code.
Frequently asked questions
The signal bars show, but the internet does not work.
Check that data roaming is turned on for the Alizeoo line and that mobile data is set to that line, then turn Airplane Mode on and off again.

Your usage, remaining data and expiry date are shown in “My eSIMs”, on the website or in the app.
