Cookie policy

Draft cookie policy. No non-essential cookie or script is set before your choice; refusing is as easy as accepting.

1. Tracker categories

Necessary (always on): secure sign-in session, chosen language, storing your consent choice, guest order token, display preferences. Exempt from consent as they are required for the requested service.
Audience measurement (off by default): traffic statistics. Enabled only if you accept AND Alizeoo has configured a tool.
Marketing (off by default): no advertising tracker is used today.

To complete / validate: Replace with the exact inventory (name, issuer, purpose, duration) once the analytics tool is chosen; check the regulator exemption for the chosen tool.

2. Managing your choice

Your choice is kept for 6 months in your browser storage. You can change it at any time with the “Manage cookies” button at the bottom of every page.

To complete / validate: Validate the choice retention period (6 months recommended) and re-prompt frequency.

3. Third-party services

Payment is handled by Stripe components, which may set cookies needed for security and fraud prevention.

To complete / validate: List Stripe cookies and any other third party actually loaded in production.
