Getting your connection ready
Check that your phone supports eSIM, install it on Wi-Fi before you leave, then activate it when you arrive. Our guides explain every step.
- Choose a plan and pay: the QR code and installation link arrive by email and in your account.
- Before you leave, on Wi-Fi: scan the QR code or tap “Install in one tap”. Name the line Alizeoo.
- When you arrive: choose Alizeoo for mobile data and turn on data roaming for that line.
You need a phone that supports eSIM and is carrier-unlocked. As a guide: iPhone XS, XR and later, Google Pixel 3 and later, Samsung Galaxy S20 and later. Most iPhones sold in mainland China do not have eSIM: check your model.

What is an eSIM?
A digital SIM already built into your phone. You install an Alizeoo profile by scanning a QR code, nothing to insert. Your usual SIM stays in place for calls.
Is my phone compatible?
iPhone XS/XR and newer, Google Pixel 3 and newer, Samsung Galaxy S20 and newer, and most recent models. The phone must be carrier-unlocked. Use the checker on every destination page.
When does the plan validity start?
At first connection in the coverage area, not at purchase. You can install the eSIM weeks before departure.
Are prices really all-inclusive?
Yes. Displayed prices include tax. No activation, roaming or cancellation fees. Auto-renewal is off by default.
How do I install my eSIM?
On iPhone: tap the install link or scan the QR code from Settings → Mobile Data → Add eSIM. On Android: Settings → Network & Internet → SIMs → Add eSIM. It takes about a minute.
The QR code does not work, what now?
Check Wi-Fi and that the phone is unlocked. Use manual entry (SM-DP+ address and code) from your install page. If the eSIM was already installed on another device, contact us: we reissue it for free.
