Terms of sale

Alizeoo sells prepaid or unlimited mobile data plans delivered as eSIMs (digital profiles) for use abroad. Seller: [TO COMPLETE: company name], [TO COMPLETE: registered office address], [TO COMPLETE: registration number].

Purchase is possible without an account (e-mail required); sign-in uses a one-time code sent by e-mail. The customer chooses a destination, plan and duration, checks device compatibility and confirms the order.

Prices are shown in US dollars (USD), including taxes where applicable depending on the customer's country. Payment is processed by Stripe (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay). Alizeoo does not store card numbers.

Por completar / validar: The accountant validates VAT / digital services tax by country and invoice mentions. Confirm the single currency (USD) for European customers (FX fees).

After payment the eSIM is delivered digitally: QR code, install link and manual entry, on the install page and by e-mail. An eSIM can be installed only once. Plan validity starts at first connection in the coverage area.

The contract covers digital content supplied immediately after ordering. The customer is told before payment that they request immediate performance and acknowledge losing the withdrawal right once the eSIM is delivered.

Current commercial policy (to be confirmed): full refund if the eSIM could not be installed or was never activated, within 30 days of purchase. The customer opens a dispute from their account (not received, install failed, throttled, double charge, fraud, other); every refund decision is double-validated internally.

Unlimited plans are subject to the fair use policy (/usage-equitable). Hotspot and device limits depend on the plan and are shown before purchase.

Alizeoo relies on third-party operators and eSIM providers: coverage and speeds depend on local networks and are not guaranteed.

Each customer has a personal referral code and link. A new customer (the referred customer) may use it when signing up or at their first purchase; a referred customer has only one referrer.

When the referred customer's first paid purchase is delivered and its eSIM installed, both the referrer and the referred customer receive a credit on their Alizeoo wallet (USD 3.00 at present, subject to change). No credit is granted at sign-up, nor for an eSIM that is offered, refunded or disputed. The credit can only be used on Alizeoo and is neither refundable nor convertible into cash.

• Self-referral is prohibited (same account, e-mail address, device, card or network address).
• A given device, card or network address only qualifies for one reward across the whole programme.
• Rewards are capped per referrer and per month; atypical cases are reviewed manually and may be refused.
• If the first purchase is refunded within 30 days of the reward, the related credits are cancelled.

Loyalty: based on paid purchases over the last 12 months, the customer reaches a tier (Explorer, Traveler from USD 100, Globetrotter from USD 300) giving a discount on eSIM purchases and, at the highest tier, priority support. Only one discount applies per order: the best of promo code, company discount and loyalty discount.
