Draft fair use policy. Exact thresholds come from providers and are shown on every plan page before purchase; they are not fixed here.
1. Principle
An unlimited plan has no data counter, but beyond a daily high-speed volume, speed may be reduced until the next reset. The connection is not cut off and no extra is charged.
待补充 / 待审核： Fill with each provider's WRITTEN rules: throttle threshold, post-throttle speed, reset time, hotspot, device count (prerequisite before listing unlimited plans).
2. Unlimited and Unlimited premium ranges
The Unlimited range offers under 5 GB per day at high speed; the Unlimited premium range 5 GB per day or more. The exact high-speed volume is on the plan page.
3. Prohibited uses

4. Measures in case of abuse
